Land Use Planning Incentives Guidelines - Public Workshop

The Strategic Growth Council staff will hold a public workshop to discuss the PROPOSED FINAL Proposition 84 Land Use Guidelines. Please follow the link to access the final proposed guidelines. Details for the workshop are below.

Comments will continue to be accepted at the workshop and through March 17th when the Council will consider these guidelines for adoption.

Grant awards are anticipated to be approved in September. The following are the schedule highlights from the changes, and a more detailed schedule is available online:

Urban Greening Grants Public Workshops - Schedule

The Strategic Growth Council is anticipated to adopt the Final Proposed Guidelines for the Urban Greening Planning and Projects grant programs on February 9, 2010. Strategic Growth Council February 9, 2010 Meeting

The Strategic Growth Council (SGC) is meeting on February 9, 2010. Details are provided below, and links are provided for more information.

The main purpose of this meeting is for the Council to consider for adoption the Urban Greening Grant Guidelines for PROJECTS and PLANNING. In addition the Council will consider the “SGC Consensus of Federal Transportation Policy” for adoption.
